Cash Sales:
All cash sales are final. No exchanges, No Refunds.
Terms Sales:
We offer a 90-day exchange policy where the original property purchased can be exchanged for another in our inventory at no charge within 90 days of the contract date. Limit one exchange. If you wish to exchange again a $250 document fee will be required on all subsequent exchanges.
We offer a 90-day refund policy on terms contracts only. If for any reason you wish to return your property purchase, we will refund the total amount paid on the principal of the property. We are unable to return the document fee, and any fees or taxes collected during the 90 days.
Shipping Policy:
All sale and property transfer documents will be sent via email to the address provided. If you wish to receive paper copies of the documents, you must request them from the sales person at the time of the sale.
